Accessibility and help
Getting around- The menu bar across the top of a page will navigate you through the 'key'' pages, 'next' will take you through all the pages on this website in sequence. If any 'anchor' links are listed (top left) under 'Find here' they list the sections on a page or if there are further 'sub' pages. The 'logo' in top left will return you to the Home page. The 'page trail' (top right) shows where the current page lies in relationship to other pages, and all pages are listed on the Contents page or sitemap.
Search- Using 'Search' will highlight (in a contrasting colour) your 'search phrase' at every occurrence on a page on this site.
Downloading files (Adobe PDF files)- Adobe PDF format is used for files which you can downloaded to you computer and you can obtain Adobe Reader free of charge. Please see the Adobe site for more details.
Keyboard shortcuts- To use access key definitions press and hold the 'ALT' key on you keyboard and use one of the letters defined below. Once you have pressed key sequence 'ALT' + 'the key you want' then press the ENTER key to go to the desired page.

- 4 = Contact
- 5 = Networking
- 6 = News / Events
- 8 = Action Together
- 9 = Accessibility
- 0 = Sitemap
Style options- The Access options (top right) will set background colour and text size.
Button '+' will increase size.
Button '—' will decrease size.
Button 'R' will reset the size.
There are usually other options within your web browser to change text size.
For Internet Explorer use the 'View' menu and then the 'Text Size' option.
Easy print- If you prefer to read these web pages from a printout you can easily print them from your web browser (Internet Explorer = 'File' menu then 'Print'.)
