COPY DEADLINE for the next edition September – November 2010 is 5pm on Thursday 6 August 2010
BEN is published quarterly and posted before the last weekends of February, May, August and November. It is mailed to local churches and Christian organisations within the Birmingham and Solihull area. Annual subscriptions of £5.00 for BEN are received through local Churches Together groups.
Please contact the office if you think that your local church or Christian organisation should be on our mailing list.
Information and Events and news articles are normally printed free of charge within BEN at the discretion of the Editor. They are restricted to those that are open to Christians from all traditions. Birmingham Churches Together reserves the right to edit and format information to fit the publication.
Leaflets or flyers can be included as an insert into the BEN mailing. Requests will be considered on their merit on a first come, first served basis. As only TWO fliers can be accepted for each edition, please make your enquiry early to the BCT office and no later than 10 days in advance of the copy deadline. You will be responsible for printing and sending the fliers to the BCT office before the collating deadline. For this service, there is a standard charge of £100 towards the postage costs of mailing 1400 copies. This charge may vary depending on the size and weight of the flyer.
Birmingham Churches Together rely on Volunteers to collate the mailing. This involves about 3 hours once every three months. If you are interested in helping please contact the BCT Office for further information.
