Creating Positive Change
World Interfaith Harmony week takes place from 1st to 7th February 2012.
The Nishkam Centre is hosting two great events during this important week.
Both will take place in the conference hall at the Nishkam Centre on Thursday 2nd February 2012

Also 6pm – 8pm: ‘Creating Positive Change’
An interactive conference exploring how we can create positive change in our neighbourhoods. The event will bring communities together to discuss issues affecting our neighbours and what action we can take to make a real change.
Throughout the day we will have:
- A special interfaith exhibition on display. Come along to see what great work faith groups are doing locally and globally.
- Interviews and video diaries recorded and captured throughout the day which will be used to raise awareness of how local people feel about issues affecting their local and global neighbours
- Information stalls from various faith and community groups
- Fresh food and refreshments
Both events are FREE and open to everybody.
