With 7/10 girls believing they are not good enough, it’s clear that low self-esteem is an issue. This self-doubt leaves our teenage girls in a vulnerable position; driving many to compromise their integrity and identity in order to fit in. Consequently, this year the theme is ‘Integrity‘, in which we will be exploring the potential role model that lies within every young woman. It’s our aim to provide every girl with the opportunity to understand God’s desire for us to walk with integrity and a pure heart, and discuss how we demonstrate integrity in all we do, say and think.
The conference will be held on the 17th – 19th November at the Frontier Centre, in Northamptonshire. It is open to all girls aged between 11 and 18 years (school years 7 to 13), regardless of where they are on their faith journey. The inclusive cost for the weekend is £87; which includes accommodation, meals, all teaching and activities. We are blessed to have some fantastically gifted speakers with us again this year; including, Pam Kershaw (previously Grimshaw) from Mercy Ministries. There are also a wide variety of activities, ranging from arts and crafts to high ropes and abseiling. We currently have spaces for extra bookings, so please do share this information with your girls. Do note, we do not want finances to be an issue that prevents any girl from attending, so financial support is available for those in need.
