The information will be displayed on our website unless you state otherwise. Events and news articles are normally printed free of charge within BEN at the discretion of the Editor. Items are restricted to those that are open to Christians from all traditions. Birmingham Churches Together reserves the right to edit and format information to fit the publication.

Leaflets or flyers can be included as an insert into the BEN mailing. Requests will be considered on their merit on a first come, first served basis. As only TWO fliers can be accepted for each edition, please make your enquiry early to the BCT office and no later than 10 days in advance of the copy deadline. You will be responsible for printing and sending the flyers to the BCT office before the collating deadline. For this service, there is a standard charge of £100 towards the postage costs of mailing 1000 copies. This charge may vary depending on the size and weight of the flyer. Birmingham Churches Together relies on volunteers to collate the mailing. This involves about 3 hours once every four months. If you are interested in helping please contact the BCT Office for further information.
