About this Event
Join us to refresh your mindset on 7th March. You’ll experience new thinking, motivational tips and insight on the power of your mind from a Birmingham University Clinical Psychologist.
Our intention as advocates for well-being is that you leave rebooted and with new insight on how to lead a positive life. All proceeds from your ticket price go to Birmingham Mind to help others with their mental health.
We have local wellness stalls where small start up businesses will be offering their hand made organic products.
Our clinical psychologist will be talking about the links between negativity and depression and looking at ways to reduce depressive symptoms.
Our nutritionist will be speaking on the connections between food and how we feel.
Our motivational speaker will be speaking about positivity directly, energizing the crowd so people leave invigorated and ready for their next level life.

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Birmingham Mind, specifically to fund The Birmingham Mind Helpline which provides advice, information and signposting to people with mental health issues, carers, professionals and the general public. Skilled staff assist people to access the support needed on a wide range of issues including health and social care with the view to enhance personal well-being. The Helpline is open Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.
