Converted to Christianity? The Hyphen Project Wants to Hear Your Story

August 9th, 2018

Birmingham University’s Hyphen Project looks at the ways that people who have converted to Christianity negotiate their different religious and cultural identities during life changing event.  By ‘life changing’ we mean things like gaining a child, getting married, the death of a loved one, even settling in a new country.  If you identify as belonging to an ethnic minority (including second or third generations, multiple ethnicities and ‘white’ ethnic minorities), have converted to Christianity and undergone a life change since your conversion, they we want to hear your story!

You can participate by being interviewed or by writing your story down and emailing it to the project.  If you would like to share your story, please contact Grace Milton at and look at Hyphen’s project page for further details.
