Workplace chaplaincy 

Workplace chaplaincy group ‘Churches and Industry Group Birmingham/Solihull’ (CIGB) is seeking to appoint an energetic Development Director to take forward its chaplaincy ministry in a variety of workplaces, as well as building the links between its work and local churches. The role is based in central Birmingham (with hybrid home working) on a flexible 21-hour working week, with a salary of £17,056pa pro rata (£28,426 full-time equivalent), plus travel expenses and an approved pension scheme. CIGB chaplains work in many locations in Birmingham and Solihull, including the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham City Council, Solihull Town Centre, National Express Bus, Cadbury 6th Form College and JLR.
