‘Parenting for Faith’ and ‘The Institute for Children, Youth and Mission’ invites grandparents to a taster day for the ‘Grandparenting for Faith’ course, to take place at Chester Road Baptist Church, Chester Road, Sutton Coldfield B73 5HU, on Thursday 13 March, from 10.30am to 3.30pm.

The Grandparenting for Faith Taster Day is a special event designed to encourage, inspire, and equip you to nurture faith in the children and young people around you. Whether you’re a grandparent or a grandparent-figure, this event is for you.

The taster day will be hosted in partnership with BRF/Parenting for Faith and CYM. It offers a unique opportunity to experience elements of our upcoming Grandparenting for Faith course before its official launch in April. Feedback on the day will help to shape the course. There will also be the opportunity to share wisdom and tips on camera to encourage other Christian grandparents.

Tickets cost £10 per person. Participants are asked to bring their own lunch or to pre-order a baked potato from the church café. Spaces are limited to 100, so we recommend booking early! Discounts are available for groups of ten or more from the same church. Please email for details.
