Birmingham Spring Convention

The 2021 Birmingham Spring Convention will take place virtually on the evenings of Tuesday 27, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 April, beginning at 7:30pm each evening. The three programmes will be live-streamed from the ‘Birmingham Spring Convention’ YouTube channel. They will also be available on YouTube for a while after the Convention.

Jonathan Lamb, Keswick Ministries’ Minister-at-Large, will be the speaker at the virtual convention. His chosen subject, initially intended for the Spring Convention scheduled to take place in April 2020, was ‘Songs for Today’s World.’ This has been retained for this year and makes for interesting reflection as we begin to emerge from Covid-19 restrictions.

+ Tuesday 27 April: ‘How to live in an uncertain world’ (Psalm 91)
+ Wednesday 28 April: ‘How to live in an evil world’ (Psalm 10)
+ Thursday 29 April: ‘How to live in a hopeless world’ (Psalm 49)

Jonathan Lamb has produced a three-minute video introducing the series of talks. The video can be accessed HERE. Subscribe to the Birmingham Spring Convention YouTube channel HERE.

A set of DVDs of the three evenings will be available at £5, including postage and packing. To order a set, contact Birmingham City Mission on 0121 766 6603 or at office@birminghamcitymission.co.uk. For more information on that and the Spring Convention 2021, click HERE.
