Church buildings and the post-Covid world

Recognising that life will be different post-Covid-19, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Birmingham, together with the Church of England Dioceses of Birmingham, Coventry, Hereford, Lichfield and Worcester, will stage a free, ecumenical, online conference over three successive Thursdays.

Each session will consist of presentations, discussions and Q+A panels. A range of experts will provide practical advice around topics such as sustaining and developing church buildings, adapting to new technology, how to secure buildings while remaining open to the community and the best ways to fundraise, both now and for the future.

The themed sessions will demonstrate how churches can successfully rise to a post-covid world and will offer ideas to make this a reality:

Thursday 22 April 2021 – 9:45am – 12.00pm – ‘The post-Covid Church’
Thursday 29 April 2021 – 9:45am – 12.00pm – ‘The post-Covid Church: Heritage and tourism’
Thursday 6 May 2021 – 9:45am – 12.00pm – ‘The post-Covid Church: Funding’

Register to attend the conference free-of-charge via THIS LINK. Contact mcarter@cofe-worcester.org.uk with questions about the event.
