Pray24Brum - Find Out More
Join churches across the UK – and beyond – to celebrate Disability Awareness Sunday! The next official date is 27th September 2026 but celebrate on any Sunday that suits your church!
The most important thing about Disability Awareness Sunday is that Christians reach out and include disabled people fully in community life. Catch the vision today! Get free resources to help celebrate – register below.
The 2026 theme is ‘One Body, Many Parts’ – with a new resource now available. You can register for the resources below and Through the Roof will send you an email with the free resource.

The 2026 Disability Awareness Sunday resource is on ‘One Body, Many Parts‘, reminding us that everyone, disabled or not, has a part to play in God’s kingdom. It explores 1 Corinthians 12:12-27, which concludes: ‘You are the body of Christ. Each one of you is a part of it.’
This year’s resource is being produced with young autistic Christian Triona Brading (pictured). Triona is producing a short video about ‘the Body of Christ’: the Church – with disabled and neurodivergent people as essential parts of that body.
Triona is a Roofbreaker with Through the Roof and one of the authors of the new book ‘Belonging without Barriers’. She is also a ministry trainee, focusing on accessibility, and the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities co-ordinator for REVIVE festival.
• 2026 DAS Resource Pack: Includes two short videos and service outline by Christian author Triona Brading
• First time hosting? Try our Luke 5 ‘Through the Roof’ DAS pack – full of videos, prayers, and ideas for all ages.
• Bonus materials: Churches in the UK can also order free handouts (see end of page), and nominate a Roofbreaker disability champion for even more resources.
Celebrate disabled people in a Disability Awareness Sunday service or event.
Invite disabled people to speak, include a prayer, and/or play a DAS video by accessing the free resources on the form below.
