Thy Kingdom Come: Daily video reflections

To mark the annual, spiritual pilgrimage from Ascension Day (Thursday 13 May) to Pentecost (Sunday 23 May), eleven of Birmingham’s Church leaders have each produced a short video reflection following the Biblical journey from the Ascension of Jesus Christ to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on his followers. The events are recorded in the Book of Acts of the Apostles, from Chapter 1 verse 9 to Chapter 2 verse 4 inclusive.

Since the nine days between Ascension and Pentecost are now known as the ‘Thy Kingdom Come’ season, each of the videos focuses on one aspect of the Kingdom of God, ending with the prayer, “Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven”.
