Wellbeing Forum addresses ‘Living with uncertainty’

ChaplaincyPlus’s ‘Wellbeing Forum’ will hold its latest meeting via Zoom from 12.30pm to 1.30pm on Wednesday lunchtime. ‘Living with uncertainty’ starts from the premise that, through all the recent changes to people’s working patterns, the future remains unclear and personal resilience is being tested after the long lockdown period.

Wellbeing Forum sessions include structured input, as well as the opportunity to share views on the challenges and opportunities for Wellbeing Champions. There is space for co-learning, using breakout rooms, training material and/or a case study to help attendees think more deeply together about a potential workplace scenario and the support that can be offered to work colleagues.

The facilitators for the session will be Carol Wilson, who leads a large team of Spiritual Care Practitioners and Chaplains at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, and Sue Noyes, a qualified coach and mentor, a non-executive Director at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospitals and Chair of Governors at Coventry College.
