A Service of Praise and Celebration

It may be once in our lives that our city hosts an international sporting event, such as the Commonwealth Games.

As Birmingham Churches Together we have bought together Churches and Christians to reflect, plan and prepare our part in welcoming visitors to the city.

The World Prayer Centre has created prayer resources following the Queens Baton Relay, a Prayer Service has considered our relationship with the Commonwealth, organisations have thought about and prepared for Ministry on the streets and Burn247 is coordinating 336 hours of unbroken prayer. These are just a few examples and more can be found HERE.

We would like to draw your attention to a Service of Praise and Celebration ahead of the start of the Commonwealth Games where we shall be welcoming the athletes and visitors from Commonwealth Nations and Territories.
