Chaplaincy Plus: Spring Gathering

Are you a Christian working in Birmingham?

ChaplaincyPlus is a Birmingham-based Christian charity that supports individuals in the workplace through 1:1 listening and a variety of network groups to strengthen community and help combat workplace isolation (e.g. CityLegal, CityWomen, CityVibes for young adults, CitySustainability, CityDiscipleship). We also hold three annual network-wide events to encourage and equip Christians to be a light in their workplace.

Our next network-wide event is our annual Spring Gathering, when we will come together as a network to be equipped and encouraged to live out our faith in the workplace. There will be ample opportunity to establish and strengthen relationships with one another and to learn more about the work of ChaplaincyPlus in the city.

We are delighted to welcome Sam Brown and Ennette Lainchbury from the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity (LICC) as our guest speakers for the evening. Together, we will explore what it means to ‘make good work’, even in the mundane tasks of daily life, and how our work ethic and integrity in life, and specifically in the workplace, impacts our witness to others.
