A bit more about Christian Concern:

Christian Concern are passionate about bringing the love, justice, truth, freedom and hope of Jesus Christ to the heart of society. They’re building a movement of Christians who share that passion.

We believe that Jesus Christ is good news for society and as relevant today as he has ever been. We believe that a flourishing future is a future shaped around Him. But we also know that it’s becoming harder to be a Christian in the UK today. So, we’re at work to make Jesus and His ways known, to protect the freedom to live and speak for him, and to empower Christians to be compassionate and courageous ambassadors. We do that by speaking and influencing, by challenging and protecting, and by mobilising and equipping.

A bit more about Andrea Williams:

Having qualified as a barrister in 1988, Andrea Williams founded Christian Concern and the Christian Legal Centre, which have run some of the most high-profile Christian interest campaigns and legal
cases in Europe for over a decade. A prolific media commentator, she has been a frequent presence on major TV channels and radio stations.

Andrea spent ten years as a member of the Church of
England’s General Synod where she persistently stood for the supremacy of Christ and authority of the Bible. She is passionate about seeing every area of society transformed by the gospel.

Andrea is married to Gareth and they have four adult children. On overcoming cancer in 2010 she took up marathon running and has recently completed her 12th race.

A bit more about Tim Dieppe:
Head of Public Policy, Christian Concern

Tim joined Christian Concern in 2016 after a career in fund management. Tim connected with Christian Concern after being asked to run a sharia fund which he refused to do. He is now head of public policy at Christian Concern and is passionate about informing and equipping the church to respond effectively to
the challenges of secularism, Islam and the sexual revolution.

Tim holds a degree from Oxford University and an MA in Theology from Westminster Theological Centre. He regularly writes articles for Christian Concern and other groups, and has frequently represented a Christian perspective in the media.

A bit more about Benjamin John:

Ben joined Christian Concern in 2018 because of his passion to see Christians equipped to engage with the current challenges facing the Church in the UK today.

Since 2021 he has been a member of the General Synod of the Church of England where he tries to be faithful in contending for the faith and opposing false teaching. He recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Theology at Union School of Theology.
